Classic massage
Classic Massage is a relaxing deep tissue massage adapted to your specific needs. This massage releases tension, increases circulation and well-being. Therapeutic Massage (see below, performed by Eva) A more in-depth therapeutic massage where Eva goes deep and, if necessary, tools such as cups and hot stones are used for more in-depth results.

Pregnant massage
Relaxing massage for the expectant mother. Performed after pregnancy week 12. In consultation with the customer, the massage is performed with the customer lying on a custom-made pregnancy pillow that adapts to the stomach throughout the pregnancy.

Gua Sha Body Massage
A deep and holistic treatment. We begin with a consultation and tongue diagnosis to assess the condition of the body and identify the primary areas to focus on. The massage technique uses a gua sha scraping tool, which creates redness on the skin. This helps release stagnant tissue and targets the fascia deep. The redness usually disappears within a few days. The effects of this technique include a smoother body, reduced stiffness and reduced tension. After the treatment, I will examine the tongue again; often you can see immediate positive changes in the areas you have worked on.
