Note: Your hair will be greasy and frizzy after this treatment. Feel free to leave the oil on overnight for increased effectiveness and wash it off the next day.

We start with a hot stone back massage, then turn and focus on deep breathing before you receive a gentle scalp massage to release deep-seated tension. Next, a gentle opening of the lymphatic system is carried out through soft strokes, followed by a massage with alternating hot and cold stones on the décolletage and face. The ears will also be massaged to release tension throughout the body. While relaxing with an herbal mask, enjoy a hot stone foot massage. The experience is enhanced with skin care from Organics by Sara and molecular hydrogen-enriched water for extra nourishment and hydration of the skin.

A new facial experience where I work with healing rose quartz stones for deep relaxation, healing and softening of muscles and fascia. We start by landing in the breath and you get a gentle welcome foot massage with warm compresses and soft pressure with aromatic oil. Next, we massage the scalp to release deep-seated tension, followed by a beneficial massage with the stones. 1753 skin care products are completely organic and I also add Frankincense for its calming and healing effect. Throughout the treatment, molecular hydrogen-enriched water is used to provide moisture and nourishment to the skin, giving it an extra glow. The experience ends with a herbal mask, during which you will enjoy a lovely foot massage with Guasha stones.

At the first treatment, a holistic skin analysis is performed where we review your specific needs. The treatment may need to be repeated every week for a number of weeks together with home advice for the best effect.

We start with a soothing foot bath with salt, aromatic oils and molecular hydrogen-enriched water. During this time you will enjoy a cup of beneficial herbal tea. Once on the bench, we start with guided breathing to help you let go. Warm compresses are applied to the feet, which are then wrapped in warmth. The back is massaged with long, deep strokes. When we turn around, you'll enjoy a hot stone foot massage, followed by long, deep massage strokes over the legs and arms, and then an acupressure facial massage, ending with a scalp massage. The experience ends with a short session of healing.
